faro: blue florals in ilha deserta

Dress - Mango
Sandals - Primark
Sunglasses - Citymarket

I don't think I need to go on about how much I loved Ilha Deserta, it's probably quite apparent if you've read my previous posts. As I've said, it was magnificent and it also made me feel like I was not that magnificent. In a good way. But I still looked quite cute in my dress, walking to all parts of the island. A dress like this is perfect holiday wear; simple, uncomplicated and breezy but pretty and quite put-together, too. Not that I ever look too put-together with my unbrushed hair and especially the added sea-salty and sandy addition to my appearance while in the Algarve. Usually if I say I'm feeling salty I'm referring to my mood, but in the Algarve I was feeling salty while being in a good mood. Because I think it's impossible to be salty on the inside and on the outside at the same time. (Does that make sense? I think this all made more sense in my head?) The sea and the ocean just makes you feel very content, don't they? And although I'm quite prone to feeling salty and moody, that is not how I was feeling in Faro and, to be honest, I'd take the saltiness on my skin over the saltiness on my mind any time.
