project 365: week six

036: Boring uni things to start the week! Honestly, I didn't get very far because, you know, procrastination..

037: I ordered some new vintage patterns and they came so quickly and I am so excited. The only thing is that my sewing machine is at my mum's. Don't know if I should go and visit her(/my sewing machine) again or just bring it home to Turku with me. But at some point I'll be making and eventually wearing these 1940s and 1960s beauties!

038: I tidied up my desk area and here's some random (mostly make-up) bits.

039: Pictures from my exciting walk to the laundry room.

040: Another exciting thing! (Actually exciting, this time.) I love the Olympics and am basically doing nothing else than watching them at the moment. It's a bit inconvenient that some of it, like all the figure skating, is at around 3am, but luckily I don't have anywhere to be at any time so if I want to watch people who are far superior (and often younger) than I am all night, I can. (I've obviously low key always wanted to be an Olympian and seeing how a lot of the athletes are starting to be a decade younger than I am really makes me reevaluate my life and think of what I'm doing with it. All in all, though, I love all of it.)

041: I baked this blueberry tart and then ate it in two days by myself. (What else is new?)

042: I may have tidied up the desk earlier in the week, but it's already starting to get more cluttered than not. Organized chaos is usually my preferred state anyway, so I'm not bothered.

That's basically my week, what have you guys been up to?
