if more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world

Jumper - Dad's old
Dress&Socks - Primark
Shoes&Bag - New look
Necklace - Gift/Kalevala Koru

I went on a walk to see this house J. R. R. Tolkien lived in in the 20's while working at Leeds University today. It was a bit creepy of me to take photos of a house that someone actually lives in, especially as it was so obvious that I was there only for this reason. But maybe nobody noticed.. I do love Tolkien, though, and seeing his old house was rather sweet. If the house is ever for rent, I'd definitely go and live there. Even though it isn't ideally located. I'd just love to say that I live in the same house as Tolkien once did!

Another thing that I love is not wearing tights! Cannot shut about the weather, whether it's nice or awful, so I must say that today was absolutely beautiful:-) I did wear a jumper, but I think I might've been alright without one. Despite the fact that I don't really like wearing green, I've had this jumper on an awful lot. It has elbow patches, so that compensates for the colour! And mind when I said that I bought the same dress in three different patterns? This is one of them.

Also, if you know where the title's from, you're a great wee fellow in my book!

Ah cool is that, I can understand why you would want to take a picture. But what is really creepy is when people took pictures back in the day of the house whereKurt Cobain died and he had not been dead all that long. Plus it was not good situation. People can be weird. But that is a great house!

How cool that you saw Tolkien's house. I take pictures of unique looking houses when I travel and always wonder if I'm creepy for doing so haha. I think in your case it's fine though, especially since there is a plaque on the wall stating that he lived there. And even though you don't like green, it sure is a lovely color on you :)
