do you think they'd notice if i stole this..

I only own this huge suitcase which I had when I came over here, so my hostmom let me borrow Caitlin's Armani bag for my road trip. Now I'm in love. Would love to get a bag like this♥.

Loch Ness was great:) I just don't understand why someone wouldn't love Scotland. All the mountains, lochs, glens, the views very spectacular all the way. I loved the wee waterfalls coming down the hills. It'd be lovely to climb up one of the hills and see the views from up there.

One thing that I just have to moan about is the weather.. The wind and rain just don't like me at all! Also my sister wasn't appreciating the way I dress, haha. She's too polite to say it straight to my face but I can read between the lines. "Oh, your shirt is rather pink.." Yes. "Oh, your shirt is rather transparent.." Yes. Hehe, ken, I don't always wear a lot of clothes but I like the way I dress and it should be enough:)

So we drove around Loch Ness, had lunch/tea in a cafe in some small village and went to our hostel in Inverness. It was goood:) Even though we didn't see Nessie.

arthur

The same day we went to the castle, we walked up Arthur's Seat. Well, we didn't go right to the top because of the wind. My sister's friend started to be so afraid of one of us falling down.. (That would've been me.) It was sooo windy that it was hard to walk straight! And the rain. The clouds moved so fast that one minute the sky was clear and the next time you looked up there were dark gray clouds.

This is what read on my facebook the day.

Laura: not that the weather was great for a walk up arthur's seat!
Louise:  are you crazy :O, surprised you didnt blow away

take me on a trip

The road trip was nice:) We drove up north, around Loch Ness and came back along the east coast. I've too many pictures and most of them are ridiculously similar! Anyway, I'll post them separately so you won't get overpictured. (Is that even a word? Suppose it isn't.) Before our trip, I showed Edinburgh to my sister and her friend.

It was the windiest day ever. And it rained occasionally as well. Such a typical Scottish weather.. Haha, na it was actually really bad!

I don't actually like tattoos. On other people yeah, but I wouldn't get one myself. I know I wouldn't like something for the rest of my life. That's why I'm always drawing on my skin.. This anchor isn't even pretty, but still I kind of like it. A year ago I was half-seriously thinking of getting a Harry Potter -tattoo. "Expecto Patronum" on my wrists would be well cool! But na.

just thinking

"Life is short. Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that made you smile." -Mark Twain

I've started to realize that I only have a bit more than a month left in Scotland. For some people it might seem that i haven't done much but I actually have. And just being here has been amazing. This last month I'll try to make the most of it. Because life really is short and I don't want to be regretting things I didn't do while I could. At least I've done what Mark Twain advices. I've breaken the rules, forgiven (rather) quickly, kissed slowly, probably loved truly, certainly laughed uncontrollably and I don't regret anything I've done here.

Going back to Finland is starting to depress me too much. I want to see my Cleo (and mama too) but apart from that I'd love to stay.

everybody's trying to be my baby

See wee Milo on the couch!

You know, how after you've had your hair cut it feels like none of your clothes suit you anymore? At least I think I'm not the only one. I changed my clothes five times before leaving the house. Just to go to my maths exam. I don't know how people cope with this problem! You can't just go and get a new wardrobe everytime you cut your hair:( Wish I could do so..

baldie!

I chopped at least 6in off and added a sidecut. I don't think it looks bad but I'm still dreading to go to my maths exam tomorrow and let people see my head. I need time to get used to this after my long hair. Down from my waist to above my ear, a wee difference there!

there'll be no sad tomorrow, don't you know that it's so?

These were taken ageeeees ago. It really bothers me to have all these pictures waiting to be posted and moulding on the computer.. Now that I'm on study leave I'll be trying to actually blog properly!

Love how long my hair looks. It'd be down to my waist if I bothered to straighten it! But I'm starting to chop it off the day.. I don't know what I'm doing yet, but at least going to shorten it a bit. We'll see if I have a baldie at the end of the day.. :)
