Just baked cinnamon buns! I've been meaning to bake or cook something from that wee booklet, "a tasty trip to Finland", for almost a year. Finally got it done and chose to do cinnamon buns. I'm not that good at following instructions so my cooking experiences are always interesting. I love cooking but I'm more like my late grandma and don't measure things etc.. So this time I forgot to add an egg to the dough and replaced cardamom with cinnamon. Still they are good!
